This is Daniela, Ulani's mum and I just wanted to thank you and Mary for the most amazing and rewarding year that my daughter Ulani had last year with your fantastic and dedicated staff. She loves going to Kindy every Thursday and Friday and I have been most impressed with the way she has matured and settled into a daily routine. As a primary school teacher with many years experience, I would like to particularly thank Alex for her excellent teaching skills and thorough knowledge of the Early Learning Program. She is an outstanding educator who is aware and attentive to the needs of all the children in her care. Alex has worked very hard and this is evident in the knowledge and skills that Ulani has achieved in the time she has been at your centre. I believe very strongly in the principals of the Early Learning program and can see that Alex and all the staff have implemented the vision and outcomes very clearly. I am very happy with the love, care and attention my daughter receives and am grateful and appreciative of all the hard work that the staff do every day. I am sure that under the guidance and expertise of Alex, Ulani will be very ready to commence school in 2014. “We are very grateful to Mary & her wonderful team for providing a friendly, safe, fun & loving environment for our daughter. We are very happy & our daughter loves going. On her 1st day she didn't even cry, in fact on picking her up she didn't want to go home. Now we have to tell our 3 year old that school is closed on the days she doesn't go. “Being a first time mum, leaving my child with anyone other than family is a little daunting, however, Mary's Kindy is like a home away from home for my little girl. She loves the time she spends there and since starting has developed at an extraordinary rate. The staff are all lovely and not only help my daughter with the childcare transition but have also helped me, by giving me regular updates throughout the day to ensure me that my girl is ok”.
